The Irish Eye

I moved to Sitka, Alaska from Brooklyn, New York in 1985. I've tried living elsewhere, but this place became part of me. I've been blessed to work in professions that have taken me all over our great country and this glorious state. In my humble opinion there is no more beautiful place on God's green Earth than Southeast Alaska, the Alexander Archipelago.
For the past few years I've shared photographs of my experiences here with family and friends. They've given me a lot of encouragement to turn this hobby into a vocation, I've been reticent to do so. What changed? Recently several friends and family gently but relentlessly gave me the push I needed.
Which brings us here. I hope you enjoy this collection, I look forward to adding to it as time goes by.
